A: No, not all T3 diffusers are universal. Specific dryer compatibility will be noted within the details of each diffuser product detail page. Please check the specific product details to ensure that they will work together.
A: We consistently strive to offer our customers the newest innovations and most cutting-edge technology by introducing new products. Orders
A: Because we want to get your T3 tools to you ASAP, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been submitted. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your T3 product, don’t worry. We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
A:If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is still received, please contact us at (866) 376-8880 or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
A: We do our best to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. We have in place certain physical, electronic, contractual, and managerial safeguards to protect the security and privacy of your personal information. A: We currently do not ship to Canada, or Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and other US Territories. If you are interested in shipping to an address outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please visit one of our authorized online retailers.
A: Orders must be received by 10am PST Monday - Friday to be processed the same day. Orders received after 10am PST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed Monday morning. Orders received on major holidays will be processed the following business day.
A: When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number and a link to view the status of your shipment. If you have any other questions, please contact us at (866) 376-8880 or support@t3micro.com.
A: Please contact our support team at support@t3micro.com. We'll be sure to file a claim for your shipment and see what options are available to make things right. Claims related to damaged or missing shipments must be filed within the first 30 days of receipt to be considered. T3 cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged products if we are not notified within this time period.
A: It typically takes 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 3-7 business days to hit your account once the refund is issued to your original payment method.
Afterpay Installments
A:Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
A: Simply shop on T3Micro.com and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout, choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay, and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify. Products below $40 do not apply for Installments by Afterpay on T3Micro.com.
A:Installments by Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address within the US and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
A:All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

A:Yes, the transaction value limit is $2000 on T3Micro.com using Installments by Afterpay.
A:Afterpay is not available on products below $40 on T3Micro.com.
A:If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase. Please check that your return meets our Return Policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay. T3 Pro
A:All professional stylists are welcome to apply to apply to our T3 Pro Program. Just apply to become a member.
A:Each professional stylist is required to provide professional affiliation, salon name (if applicable), and license number. T3 will review all applications, and the professional will be notified in 72 hours via email if the application is approved.
A:Benefits include professional preferred pricing.
T3 Certified Refurbished
A:T3 Certified Refurbished products are tools that were returned after initial purchase. Sometimes the product is unused, other times the product has been lightly used. All T3 tools that undergo the refurbishment process are cleaned, inspected and tested to ensure original electrical and mechanical operation, as well as checked for any major cosmetic defects.
A:When unused or lightly used products make their way back to us, they’re tested for performance, inspected for damage, and meticulously cleaned. So that when you pick up a T3 Certified Refurbished tool, it’s guaranteed to perform like new.
A:All T3 Certified Refurbished products are final sale and cannot be returned. They are, however, backed by a 2-year warranty.
