"You shipped a completely different item than what I ordered!! I paid $199 for the 1 3/4 bodywaver and was sent $149 airebrush round. I’ve tried calling customer service, sent pictures, and reaching out via email to correct this issue and I’ve had a hard time. This is not my first t3 product so I don’t understand what’s the issue this go around. At this point because I desperately need the bodywaver for my upcoming photoshoot i will pay the price of the airebrush and you guys ship me what I actually ordered!!!!"

"Another win from T3! Definitely one of my favorites. I have long hair and this cuts my styling in half which my husband is grateful for lol. T3 tools outperform their competitors every time! Ya’ll need to quit griping at T3 because YOU failed to register your tools. They have NO problem honoring their warranty as long as you can prove when and where it was purchased. The first thing you do when you get a new tool is register it and they will ask you to upload proof of purchase. If it was a gift ask for a gift receipt. I get really tired of seeing reviews degrading T3 when it’s actually the buyers fault because they didn’t register their tool. Don’t blame T3 for your mistake. Just register your tools and there won’t be an issue getting a replacement as long as it’s within the warranty period."

My Third One - All Broken

"I brought this to replace my broken iron i brought less than 6 months ago. When this one arrived i was excited to use it and after one client it broke in the exact same way as the last one… ONE DAY OF USE !"

Broken handle

"I purchased irons recently . I tried using them today and handle completely broke off. The screws popped out. The iron hasn’t been dropped or damaged prior to the handle incident. I’m so disappointed-as This Was my first time attempting to use."

Great curling iron but gets very hot!

"I had this curling iron for a few years and as I dyed my hair and used it some of the dye stuck to the curling iron. I should have cleaned it. I used it on the hottest setting because that’s how I would get the best result and IT BURNT MY HAIR OFF!!! I immediately threw it away. But I loved how it would make my hair look. I’m not sure if it was the heat or the dye stuck to it that burnt my hair or a combo of both but moral of the story this is a great curling iron. It works very well and does the job. I just ordered another one to get a fresh start. This time I won’t put it on the hottest setting and will keep it clean."
