Wrong kit by the company

"I bought the switch kit essentials kit (which had the same information as this kit) but received an incomplete order. I contacted customer service and was told that there was a mix up of some sort and that the kit I purchased was the not the actual kit that was supposed to be on the website (the promotion was wrong not my fault) so instead of sending me what I ordered they sent me a missing barrel and told me that they took down the original promotion. So I’m stuck with a different kit. As this is my first time buying from T3 I have to say I was very disappointed and now too scared to buy anything else because even if the company made the mistake it wasn’t corrected. I’m sure I’m one of the few this happened to but to say the least I was not very impressed with how things were handled."

Terrible Customer Service- Still No Refund

"A review for T3 customer service: I purchased this set before reading reviews and wanted to cancel 1hr after placing order. T3 doesn't allow this even if a package hasn’t shipped. They said I can return it once received. Well they charge you the shipping to return it. It has now been 2 weeks since they received my ($14) return and there has been no return of funds or confirmation to be seen. I’ve reached out to customer support for follow up and get no response. I would think twice before giving money to this company."

Perfect styling
