"After having this product for a few months and liking it, I had multiple run-ins with the attachment falling off. On one of the occasions, the attachment flew off and was so hot it left me a nasty burn on my arm, and even left a very noticeable mark after the giant blister it caused started to scar. The T3 support replaced the item, but the majority of the support was an AI-generated response and didn't try to address the injury it caused. Very disappointed as this mark is permanent and will not go away."

"I have 2A–2C hair that’s been bleached before, and this is my first air-wrap tool. Honestly it’s a 10/10 . My hair is still my hair at the end of the day no matter what hair tool I use, but I noticed much less frizz after the blowout, and the curls looked almost identical to when I get my hair professionally styled . "I love the ceramic coating, great for frizzy hair or if your hair is curly. It is light and easy to travel with, the dual voltage and pouch is a plus.
