Very Disappointed

"I never received due to Your Delivery Service negligence, I never received an email saying it was Shipped! When it was delivered the person just left it at door without ringing my doorbell to notify that the item was Delivered, I was at home the entire day on June 5, so the item was stolen I reported it to the insurance company but they didn't give me enough to put a Police report in, before the case was Closed! For all I know maybe the Delivery kept it even though a picture was taken but still the person should have rang my doorbell because it works! IT gave me a very Negative Opinion of your Company and I lost the money I paid for the curling iron, I had to purchase another one off Amazon because it was a Gift for a friend and she wanted it but your Insurance Company which I knew nothing about and Delivery Service is HORRIBLE AND NEGLECTFUL! I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN AND WHEN I HAVE A CHANCE WILL DISCOURAGE OTHER PEOPLE FROM BUYING FROM YOU AS WELL!"

I despise it

"Curling iron is too heavy, not easy to handle. The cord is ridiculous, stiff as a board and knocks everything down that is in its path. Dropped the iron once on a tiled bathroom floor and the curling iron chipped in multiple places. Curls do not come out correctly, sometimes flat. I’ve never experienced such a terrible curling iron."

"I have an Ion, chi, Amazon curling iron. Kept seeing the t3, 1. 5 barrel pop up in my feed on tik tok. I really trued to love it, but it wouldn't hold a curl. I have wavy hair, and Ive never had an issue with my other curling irons. Ive tried the t3 several times. It just doesn't hold the curls at all."
