Doesn't last
"I absolutely love the Air 360! It’s the only air brush I’ve found that dries my hair quickly without causing damage, and I’ve tried many different ones on the market. The performance is amazing, but unfortunately, the longevity of the brush attachment is a major issue. My original brush attachment didn’t even last a year before it started wearing out. I purchased a replacement just a few months ago, and it’s already showing signs of wear, even though I use it as directed. When I had to file a warranty claim because the button on the actual unit broke, I also mentioned the issue with the brush attachment wearing out so quickly. The company was very responsive and replaced the unit, which I greatly appreciated, but they did not offer to replace the brush attachment. It’s incredibly disappointing to find a product that works so well and makes such a difference in the health and appearance of your hair, only to have an important part wear out so quickly. For a product that costs over $300, I would expect the brush attachment to last significantly longer than it does. I truly love the Air 360 and want to love everything about it, but the durability is a real letdown. I’m so bummed because the product itself is fantastic!"
