"This item was ordered directly from T3 at a discount with the promise of a brand new product and an issue with packaging only. On arrival the hairdryer did not work, blowing the fuse immediately on plugging it in without turning it on. This occurred with multiple outlets in 2 different houses. Waiting to hear whether T3 will honor the quality of the product or enforce a no returns on sale items. Second item ordered over 2 weeks ago had not shipped. So far under-impressed."

"I ordered this online, it took 2 weeks to arrive. Once received I realized it did not fit my t3 hairdryer. I immediately checked into returning it but the company gave me less than a week to return it and I could not make it to the post office in time to return it. I also would have to pay for the return shipping. Unfortunately this was a waste of money for me."
