"Only need a single pass. Works great on my roots. Only negative is the temperature isn’t displayed on the iron so I have to keep referring to the manual when I want to adjust the heat. Also the iron has an automatic shutoff after an hour which is annoying for someone with long thick textured hair. I didn’t notice it the first time it happened and completed half of the front of my hair with the iron off. I wish it was feature that allows you to choose the shutoff time but other than that I’m satisfied."

"This straightener got stuck in my hair. Not a smooth pass at all. Have been waiting over 3 weeks for my refund they received the straightener back. I have sent multiple emails to them regarding this. No way to reach anyone by phone."
