"It takes several tries to turn on and for a while wouldn’t work at all. Not acceptable for a brand new item at this price point. My warranty claim was submitted weeks ago and still no response or acknowledgement."
"Horrible. I’ve had a trio curling wand set and the base stopped working. I also bought a clip barrel and when I realized it isn’t compatible with my base I asked if I could return the clip barrel to which they denied. Now I can’t do anything with those four attachments because the new base isn’t compatible with any other attachments. And they don’t even have good customer service. I’ve reached out on multiple different occasions. I’ve had their products for years but I’m not going to buy a new base especially when it’s not compatible with the wands I have and when all the reviews are bad and I’m not even surprised."

"Purchased approx a little over 2 years ago. One of the barrels broke 6 months in. Had to purchase another one plus purchased the warranty due to this product holding no quality. 4 months ago my base broke randomly turning off. Looking to replace but apparently the new base doesn’t work with the old attachments. Not a fan of t3. They do not make quality products."
"I bought this in July and use it about once every 2 weeks. The last 3 times I tried to use it it wont heat up enough to work and only has the second light on. I’ve tried upping the heat but after about 1 minute it goes right back to being not hot and only on the second light. Incredibly disappointing given the price - not even a full 6 months of use!!!!"
"I have been a faithful T3 product user for 6+ years. However I am running into problem after problem with the this curling irons. First it was the clip on my one inch barrel that broke now my base won't turn on anymore. Unfortunately I have the old model. So now I have four very expensive worthless attachments and can't purchase a base they are compatible with. I feel like a fool for falling for this pricey gimmick."
