"I am completely disappointed with the replacement concentrator that I received b/c it does not say on the blow dryer! I am not disappointed that I had to purchase a new one. I think this is a small price to pay for a great blow dryer. This is not the first time that I've had to replace the concentrator (I have been using T-3 products for 20 years). The new concentrator I purchased keeps falling off and I can't use my blow dryer without it. I am hoping there is a solution or I might need to move on to the Shark or Dyson."

Not only is this a very expensive hair dryer but the company has made no attempt to fix this issue or address that they are even working on it after years of people writting negative reviews on this issue. They simply do not care about customer feedback or trying to correct their errors. Terrible product even worse company culture."

"This is the second time I have had to replace my concentrator. One of the plastic clips broke on the original one then the second one melted and won't stay in the dryer. This type of material does not seem to be ideal. Pair that with the precise way the concentrator has to be attached and disaster is sure to occur. I am disappointed in the quality for such a high end brand. I love the hair dryer though."
