"Horrible brush for this dryer! It's not sturdy at all! My hair is medium length not curly frizzy or wiry it's very smooth. The brush just wasn't made right for this type of appliance! The bristles are all contorted from using it as intended. Considering what I paid I expected more!"
"When I think about this purchase. I get frustrated. I bought this my mistake. 100% my fault. I bought it with the blow dry brush that you can NOT use this attachment on. So I never used it bc it was for another tool. They would not let me return it. I get that it’s hair but it did not work on the tool I bought so common sense would say it never touched her head. They said no and my money was wasted."
"I puchased this about 4 years ago and in that time I have used 3 round brush attachments because they always break in the same place I love the tool but I think they need to make some changes on the attachments."
"I absolutely love the duo but it does need some improvements. When you are using it it is very easy to press the release button for the attachment or to change the settings. Once or twice I have pressed the release the attachment button and the attachment has fallen off. If it falls onto the floor it breaks. Also it is easy to touch the settings and change them. It would be good if the company could make changes so that these things don’t happen. About loving it my hair was damaged from a blow drying brush and this brush has solve that problem completely. My hair ends up exactly the way I wanted to plus shiny and healthy."

"My biggest complaint is that the attachment area should be something apart from the plastic as my original broke. The brush bristles also could use improvement but overall i love T3 snd their products. I only use their styling tools."
"I like this styling tool however as other reviewers have mentioned the attachments break at the neck where they lock in. My paddle attachment and round brush both needed replacement."
"I love this thing. It doesn’t damage my hair and works better than so many other cheaper ones I’ve tried. I’d give this 5 stars if the attachments didn’t break so easily (just like the concentrator attachment on the blow dryer) BUT luckily I have a quick and easy fix for that. I simply use some Heat Resistant tape that I use for my Cricut (cutting machine) and for sublimation. They have it at craft stores or you can get it on Amazon for like $5. It holds up no matter how hot/long you use it for keeps the attachment secure and comes off easily when you want to take the attachment off to swap or clean. Cheaper than replacement attachments and takes about 15 seconds. I hope this saved someone someMoney!"
"Attachment I ordered was not for my dryer. Tried to return or exchange it within a day of receiving it and was declined due tutor was a final sale! What order isn’t a final sale. Love the dryer just suggest you order thru a dealer not direct from the company hopefully they will work with you"
"Purchased new brush attachment as the plastic piece on my old one broke off. After two uses of the new paddle attachment my entire unit cracked and is useless. Now I need a whole new device. New one will NOT be a T3!"
