"i was hesitant to purchase based on mixed reviews but decided to try it anyway because i was really frustrated with my shark (hair would get puffy almost immediately after using). i also read reviews that the round wouldn't work on thick hair, but i can tell you that my hair is both thick & long and worked beautifully. took me about 20 minutes to use. my hair didn't feel like it was burning off (like with revlon), and it was very easy to hold as well. i truly do recommend this product. i do think a lot of negative reviews surrounding this product are solely because people do not read the instructions"

"I love my new airbrush! It’s quiet lightweight and I like that there is a low heat setting for fine hair. It would be a 5 star except for the cool shot. It is an awkward place to have the cool shot and the air itself does not cool very quickly. Any chance there could be a cool shot button like on your hair dryers? Otherwise love it!"

"Whatever you do do not order this product. Or make sure you don’t order the paddle brush. And if something is wrong they will tell you that it’s final sale even if it doesn’t say final sale on the website. Save yourself some money in order a shark. It works even better than this. And the customer service with this company is zero stars. They sent me the wrong brush and when I tried to exchange it they told me I couldn’t."

"I love the concept of the brush and it does a great job BUT if you have fine hair and it isn't long (my hair is just above shoulder length) the brush is too big. A smaller version would be a much better option. Also I am confused as to why people are saying this is great for travel - it is large and heavy"
