"Does not glide well at all. You hear a horrible scraping sound as you glide it down the section. Clamp spring sounds and feels cheap. There’s also a gap at the base of the clamp so the bottom half of my section falls out (I have thick hair so this is almost never an issue) I’m giving it a 2 star because it heats up well and is pretty but the performance was garbage- I returned"

"Terrible customer service! I was sent the wrong curling iron and order information did not show that the package had even shipped, I contacted t3 through there portal and was told a replacement would be sent and then got no follow up, 2 days later I sent another email and got no response so I called and went to voicemail. Left a voicemail and was never called back, I then had to message in the portal again then I got a response and the response was “thank you for following up, i’ll check into it” and then another day goes by and no update. So I send another email just requesting a refund, I was willing to send the wrong item back and got no response so I called and finally got someone on the phone. When I requested a refund again they said they cant refund me and would just send me a shipping label for the wrong item to return it and they submitted for the correct item to be shipped out that day a week had already gone by since I initially contacted them. Still havent received yet.."

Horrible burning smell!

"This product has an awful smell and makes my hair smell burnt. I’ve tried it at the lowest temps, with and without heat protectant, tried wiping and cleaning if and the smell does not go away! I would not recommend this product - it smells up my entire house when it’s plugged in."

Very Disappointed

"I never received due to Your Delivery Service negligence, I never received an email saying it was Shipped! When it was delivered the person just left it at door without ringing my doorbell to notify that the item was Delivered, I was at home the entire day on June 5, so the item was stolen I reported it to the insurance company but they didn't give me enough to put a Police report in, before the case was Closed! For all I know maybe the Delivery kept it even though a picture was taken but still the person should have rang my doorbell because it works! IT gave me a very Negative Opinion of your Company and I lost the money I paid for the curling iron, I had to purchase another one off Amazon because it was a Gift for a friend and she wanted it but your Insurance Company which I knew nothing about and Delivery Service is HORRIBLE AND NEGLECTFUL! I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN AND WHEN I HAVE A CHANCE WILL DISCOURAGE OTHER PEOPLE FROM BUYING FROM YOU AS WELL!"
