"NIGHTMARE FUEL COMPANY. You’ve been warned. Worst customer service award. I called to find out where my order was that was placed weeks ago to be told they never saw it was ordered it’s now sold out. We are sorry. Christmas ruined. Daughter devastated. Zero effort to make it right. They could have amazing products and I would never recommend. NEVER AGAIN! If the products are as bad as the customer service your hair will fall out!!! ZERO STARS"

"Nightmare fuel company. Worst customer service award. I ordered my daughter’s main Christmas present weeks in advance to ensure a smooth delivery process. Even paying $10 to cover my package as insurance. That should have been my first red flag with this nightmare company. It never came. I contacted customer service that told me they never processed my order although they processed my payment and we are sorry. No effort to make it right. Horrendous. If their products are as bad as their customer service your hair will fall out. Contacting BBB. STAY AWAY you’ve been warned. They could have 5 star products (they dont) and I could not recommend in good faith. NEVER AGAIN"
