Don’t waste your money

"I purchased this flat iron less than 3 years ago. It snags your hair, and recently I noticed inconsistency in the heat. During styling, the plates will be nice and hot one section and the next section it’s cooled off, requiring multiple passes to smooth my hair. I contacted customer support to see if they would do anything about it, but they won’t since it’s past warranty. A hot tool should last longer than 2.5 years, especially when you’re paying $170 plus tax for it Super disappointed. I won’t be purchasing from this company again"

"I’ve never had a problem with other straighteners, but this one seems to burn my hair even when it’s on a very low setting. Since I started using it, I have frizzled pieces of hair in several areas. I don’t feel that it moves smoothly through my hair either. I was willing to pay this price for something that worked really well, but I. wish I returned it."

"Only need a single pass. Works great on my roots. Only negative is the temperature isn’t displayed on the iron so I have to keep referring to the manual when I want to adjust the heat. Also the iron has an automatic shutoff after an hour which is annoying for someone with long thick textured hair. I didn’t notice it the first time it happened and completed half of the front of my hair with the iron off. I wish it was feature that allows you to choose the shutoff time but other than that I’m satisfied."
