"I can't adjust the heat setting low enough. The curler burn my fingers. I have to take them off the rack and let them cool prior to use. The 'velvet' surface doesn't hold the hair properly nor do the clips hold as well as the old 'C' type clips with conventional hot curlers. I wish I hadn't spent the money on these curlers. I'd neve buy them again."

"NIGHTMARE FUEL COMPANY. You’ve been warned. Worst customer service award. I called to find out where my order was that was placed weeks ago to be told they never saw it was ordered it’s now sold out. We are sorry. Christmas ruined. Daughter devastated.
