Worst straightener I have used

"I have tried at least 10 straighteners in my time including some under $40 and this is absolutely the worst. I have thick wavy hair and have to pass through the same sections 10+ times at the highest heat for my hair to go back to wavy in 10-30 minutes. When I received it, one of the small cylinders around the barrel had already broken off. It works as a curler if you already know how to curl your hair using a straightener but if you use it as a wand, it won’t work (I don’t think that’s what it’s intended for anyway). I’d highly recommend ghd for a straightener and this is a bummer because I love other T3 products."

"I have giving it a month and i dislike it for my hair. I have fine hair. I had purchased this because i saw it heats outer and inner perfect for curling hair. Sadly my hair would slide out when holding vertically. Also i noticed there is not enough pressure on the end which would make it slip out. I will say for the straightener part i do love i feel my hair very soft and very straight. I have noticed i do have less damage on my ends."

I have naturally curly hair that usually turns frizzy within an hour of flat ironing or curling. This tool actually delivers on its promise—straightens and curls the ends in one pass. It’s the next day and my hair is still silky soft and intact. No frizz. No touch-ups. Best beauty investment I’ve made. Highly recommend."

"I finally found the flat iron I’ve been looking for for years. I have long, thick and frizzy hair and have had to get Brazilian Blowouts to get a good straight hair style which gets quite expensive. I’ve been through many flat irons that turned out disappointing. This flat iron is so worth it and it delivers beautifully on straight hairstyle. Disappointed with unusable product - bad design

"Has the defect been fixed? The plates don’t clamp down on hair (I even have thick hair). It’s impossible to use even with the glove you have to hold it and get burned to close on your hair. I can’t return because it was a gift and past the return date. I’ve never bought a flat iron before that doesn’t close. T3 should give refunds or replacement product that works."
