FAQ T3 Certified Refurbished
A: T3 Certified Refurbished products are tools that were returned after initial purchase. Sometimes the product is unused, other times the product has been lightly used. All T3 tools that undergo the refurbishment process are cleaned, inspected and tested to ensure original electrical and mechanical operation, as well as checked for any major cosmetic defects.
A: When unused or lightly used products make their way back to us, they’re tested for performance, inspected for damage, and meticulously cleaned. So that when you pick up a T3 Certified Refurbished tool, it’s guaranteed to perform like new.
A: All T3 Certified Refurbished products are final sale and cannot be returned. They are, however, backed by a 2-year warranty.
