"This worked great while it worked but it lost heat within just a few months. I did not drop it or anything like that. Thankfully T3 replaced it BUT it was replaced with a cheaper model that doesn’t have the smoothing brush… just the round brush. The replacement brush works better than this one did."

The customer service is absolutely terrible… there is no phone number to call and email support is painfully slow unhelpful and borderline useless. This purchase made me seriously question how this company operates. When you sell a defective product and then make it nearly impossible for customers to get real help that says everything about your brand. I regret spending my money on this. Do not waste your time or money on this airbrush. There are far better alternatives available with companies that actually stand behind their products and care about their customers."

I find myself using the round brush more that the flat one. I haven't quite figured or mastered the flat brush. The round brush gives me amazing volume."
