"I got this for my birthday last year and it’s already broken. The spring broke that keeps your hair wrapped around the barrel. I didn’t even set it down or drop it it just stopped working one day. They wouldn’t replace it since it was a gift so the 2 year warranty is a sham. I don’t recommend."

"Well for starters it’s a beautiful Pearl white iron . . But there’s no difference between the handle and the barrel so the first time I used it after learning how to program it I picked up the barrel and burnt my hand. !!! I really would like to send it back. I’m scared to use it . . although it’s beautiful maybe they should definitely change the look of the barrel or at least have a different design on it ."
