"I placed my order when this item was on sale and they never delivered it to me! It is a scam and I still haven’t received my refund - it has been 2 months that I’ve been going back and forth and no one is helping! It is all automated when you want to chat with them! Do not order from the website I highly recommend to find it in person or go for a different brand! I will have to call my bank and dispute the charge!"

"I really love this curling iron. Simple to use and does the job phenomenally. I have fine hair and this tool will curl my hair perfectly on the lowest setting and it lasts for days! I also love the dark charcoal color; it matches my T3 flat iron! My only gripe is that my hair does get caught in the clasping mechanism at the bottom of the barrel sometimes. I have to be careful with the placement of my hair when curling. I also wish there was a slightly larger heat resistant section for your fingers at the top of the iron; I have burned my fingers a few times."

"I was unimpressed with this curling iron. The barrel is very short and the end tip of the barrel for your fingers is so small it gets so hot so you can't really touch it while curling your hair. I made that mistake the first time I used it and burned myself. I bought this because it's dual voltage for my trip to Italy so for that purpose it worked. But my curls didn't last & would say not the best curling iron for long hair."
"It’s ok so far. Not sure why it’s advertised as ‘long barrel for long hair’ when it’s a bit shorter that my hot tools and chi curling irons? Quite expensive."
