Diffuser attachment, poor return policy

"I ordered this online, it took 2 weeks to arrive. Once received I realized it did not fit my t3 hairdryer. I immediately checked into returning it but the company gave me less than a week to return it and I could not make it to the post office in time to return it. I also would have to pay for the return shipping. Unfortunately this was a waste of money for me."

"I agree with other reviewers. This diffuser fits and works well but it is too fragile. One drop on the floor and it has to be replaced. I have owned only two of these dryers but have bought several of these diffusers which really becomes very expensive!"

"I ordered the diffuser for the model number of the hair dryer I purchased from T3. The item I received did not fit. I returned the item issued a refund MINUS the shipping. I also included a picture of the serial number of my hair dryer and expected the correct item to be shipped."

Works but Large

"This item is a bit large and I've found it a bit fussy when you try to remove it from the T3 dryer. I think the circumference of the attachment could be reduced by an inch to make it easier to work with and a bit of give on the feelers would be much appreciated by the short fine-hair curly girl. Not sure this is something I could travel with."
