poor customer service
"It’s not the product that disappointed me—it’s the customer service. I recently ordered a diffuser but the system kept defaulting to a quantity of two when I only wanted one. I shop online often and expected to be able to review and adjust my order before payment but as soon as I clicked Next my card was immediately charged for both items. When I contacted customer service the response was surprisingly curt insisting I had time to change the quantity (I didn’t). I was first told I’d have to pay $8. 99 for return shipping then informed that accessories can’t be returned at all. Now I’m stuck with an extra diffuser I don’t need. It’s also frustrating that there’s no way to reach a real person—just automated replies. I’ve purchased several T3 products before including a hair dryer I truly love but this experience has left a bad impression. Unfortunately T3 has lost me as a customer."
