Doesn’t fit the older base model

"Wish I would’ve read the reviews so I knew that this attachment didn’t fit the old base model. Spent $97 on this (with a 20% coupon) only to realize it wasn’t compatible with my base. When I went to return it they want to deduct $14 for shipping. This is ridiculous."

"The barrel clip broke off. I tried getting a refund but I had to show proof of the serial number for the product which I don’t have. Since I got it a year ago"
