"This is my second set of irons I’m now using the interchangeable model & have had to replace the same barrel twice . It’s gets hot at the clip and I constantly kept having to force it open to have ability to open and close . It’s honestly not worth the price there’s a reason it has 2 star rating."

"I have had this product for several years with bboth this clip barrel and a wand. I have now had two clip barrels break after one year with the spring popping off. I use this tool maybe twice a week so to have it break now twice I am not sold on replacing. I wanted to give it another chance after the first one occured thinking it could have been a fluke. But here we are again. Very disappointed."
"This barrel was broken within 4 months and the company gave me the run arounds when I tried file a claim. They were asking for 3 numbers ans I had no clue where to look for them and then finally someone told me how to locate one of 3 and before you know it I gave up. These items are expensive to be breaking ever."

"I absolutely love T3 and the capability of interchanging the barrel/wand. I have used 5 different wand with my t3 base for years. I recently purchased a new 1. 5 clip barrel and did not bother to read the reviews because of the simplicity and ease of using the base with the wand of choice. When I finally had an opportunity to use my new 1. 5 clip barrel I struggled to connect the barrel to the base. I found it impossible to lock the combo! I had registered my product and customer service was wonderful! My product got replaced however I had the same problem. DON’T MISS THIS!! The barrel is newer and does not fit the original base. ONLY PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE NEWER BASE!! I am greatly disappointed. I was not planning on buying a new base yet the barrel is useless without the extra purchase."
