"First day I received it and plugged it in it wouldn’t go past the second heat setting! I contacted customer service and they said I had to go through warranty. So until this day I have no curling iron! Worst experience."

Having the ability to switch barrels and not have multiple tools in my drawer is absolutely fantastic in of itself but…how quickly it heats up and cools down…like bro…take my money. Best investment made. The curl…the CURL! Best purchase as a licensed stylist. Will be buying the Wand barrels next. Work at Ulta Salon and I recommend the T3 curling irons and flatirons to everyone. Even over the Dyson."

T3 lost my business!

"I bought the 1 inch clip curling barrel to use with my interchangeable base. I had issues with the barrel going all the way and locking into place so I messaged T3 support. I came to find out that T3 had changed this system from the whirl model to the switch model. The two models look exactly alike so who other than maybe someone that works for T3 be aware of this? Anyway after they informed me of the model changing they told me I was out of my 30 day window and pretty much sorry about your luck. I had told them I had a family emergency recently in that 30 day period and figuring out why my clip barrel didn’t fit was not my priority. Still knowing this they shut me down and would not offer a product exchange merchandise credit for something else I can use…. NOTHING. Their response was a cold sorry about the inconvenience. I have two T3 dryers 4 T3 flat irons the switch…I mean whirl trio a heated brush 3 round brushes and a paddle brush I purchased through the years. Once they break I am DONE with this company who doesn’t give one crap about customer service. I’m very dissatisfied and will never buy a T3 product EVER AGAIN!!!!!! I’m sure another high end hair company will be happy to take my future orders. Bye T3👋"

Easy to use!

"I recently received T3 Switch Curl Kit Trio to try. It’s a 3 size curling set. Three different sizes and styles. It’s very easy to use pick the one you want. Attach it and trust the lock. pick one of 9 heat settings and curl hair. I like the 1/2 wand for my little girl she has beautiful curls in 15 minutes. It’s very lightweight."
