"Tbh I don’t understand why this gets so many good reviews. It’s a very ordinary hair dryer - doesn’t dry faster and make any difference to my hair. After about a year the plastic around the screw cracked. Definitely not worth the price."
"It's a really good hair dryer. I went back to using my revlon dryer brush for a while to safe time but it was so not worth it completely dried out and ruined my hair. I have been able to grow my hair long with this T3 dryer and it leaves it shiny and smooth every time. No frizz. My only complaint is the attachments are terrible as it came with two of them and they both have broken. My mom also has a T3 dryer and her attachments have broken as well. We love the dryers but you need to make better attachemnts especially for the price of the dryer. We should not be having to order attachments from them breaking and chipping so easily."

"I bought this because I thought it was be amazing because of how light it is and that is the one positive. The concentrator piece is terrible and breaks too easily. I sent in a request to get a new piece when it broke and it took forever and I’m about to have to do the same thing because it broke again. The plastic is not meant to be heated up and it just starts to spin and crack and instead of staying in one place. I’ve only had it for 8 months and it was a waste of money."
"Horrible. I used it less than 9 months and not every time because I prefer my air wrap from the D brand. I wanted to have a diffuser for the occasional time I want my hair diffused. I got this and the diffuser from Sephora. It sucked my long hair on the back of the dryer. Now the entire thing blows only super hot air with no speed. the diffuser is almost melting. I contacted customer service and filled out a warranty claim. After numerous emails back and forth they told me to cut the cord and they will replace it with another possibly refurbished possibly a different model. I don't want to risk getting back a different model on which the diffuser would not fit. I also don't want to cut the cord and put this thing in the land fill. This is ridiculous. They should service the defective units not create land fill. I plan on trying to get this garbage fixed somehow somewhere before I cut the cord and hope that they send me something else in good working condition. Really poor way of doing business I can't recommend this item or this company. Next time I will pay more but get the other brand rather than this incredibly wasteful pretty looking thing."
