"I never received the item. I called 25 days after purchasing the item and was told my order was cancelled. No email stating it was cancelled nor did I receive a refund. After waiting two weeks and still haven’t received a refund. I called and email back requesting for an update about the refund and was told it would take a few days. After a few back in forth emails I received my refund shortly after the last email."

"It’s okay it’s not the best and if I had tried it when I first purchased it I probably would have returned it. My hair gets caught in the bottom part of the barrel unless I’m really careful. I have silky hair and use good quality products and I find this curler doesn’t glide well no matter what I use."

Terrible product
"Ugh I'm so sad to give this 1 star. I bought this to replace my previous curling iron (a Conair from 2003). I've had this curling iron for a month and it's terrible. This little notch on the end gets caught in my hair when I try to twist it out. The curls don't hold. It smells when it heats up. It's all around terrible. But because I bought it on sale I cannot return it (my fault). It's going in the trash. Don't fall into the influencer trap and waste your money."

"It’s convenient for travel or use at home. I’ve been looking for something like this convertible and found a few. One of them is T3 which is I have own them other products. The cool thing from it is that I can use abroad because some of their products are dual voltage ranges about 110-240V."
