Not worth the money

"I received the flat iron as a gift. Every time I use it, it sounds and feels like it's pulling my hair. So much so that I thought I left some sort of protective sticker on it that needed to be removed prior to use. (it doesn't come with protective stickers) It does not put through my hair smoothly and I do not have course hair. For the money, I do not recommend this product."

"NIGHTMARE FUEL COMPANY. Ruined Christmas customer service was an absolute joke. Was told what I ordered and PAID FOR OVER A MONTH AGO was sold out and we are sorry. That’s it. I ordered it well in advance as it was her main present. I feel violated by this company. They could have amazing products and I’d never recommend. NEVER AGAIN"
