"Bought this kit on sale. Had it for months before I used It. It was on for about 10 min before it started to malfunction. I couldn’t adjust the temp or even turn it off with the buttons. Had to unplug and replug. Started up form then the same thing happened. Switched out barrels and the same thing. Idea is great but this product just isn’t made well."
"I truly loved this curling iron at first! I mainly used the smaller barrel until the spring in the handle broke so I switched to the middle barrel—which had only been used maybe 10 times over the last couple of years. Within a week of switching that spring broke too. Unfortunately I’m outside the 2-year warranty. It’s really disappointing that a $300 curling iron isn’t built to last. Meanwhile my $50 Bed Head iron is twice as old and still works perfectly. I would love for T3 to make this right!! ❤️"
"I just received my new switch kit replacing an older version and I have to say I am very disappointed. Not only is it more expensive but it does not perform the same. The handle feels flimpsier; it pulls my hair; my hair keeps getting stuck in the handle where my thumb goes and the clamp isn't as strong as the older version. My older base broke but I will be buying one on eBay and returning this trio kit."

"While this curling iron works well and I like that I can switch out barrels it fell apart really quickly for the price. Almost $300 and less than three years later and the pieces holding my clamp together have fallen apart. I'm over the 2 year warranty period so I'm out of luck. I can't recommend such an expensive hair tool that falls apart so easily. Your money would be better spend elsewhere."
