Never Again

"Stopped working after two weeks. I contacted customer support for a return label and it is by far the worst customer service. It is alarming that I have been told to use warranty in less than one month after declining a rep REFUSES to let me return a product. I requested a return label and requests have been consistently ignored. Because of Shannon I will not be reordering."

Burns hair!

"I've purchased from this company years ago and the quality seemed great unfortunately my most recent purchase was a complete disaster. The curling iron and the flat iron overheats constantly on the lowest setting which causes the temperature rise to the smoking point. I've contacted the customer service and took all the steps. Since then I haven't heard anything seems like there is a reason why they want you to buy a protection plan because they are aware of their products being bad quality. Save your hair and do not buy any hot tools from them."

Do not buy from T3

"I had the old interchangeable barrel system and bought the 1inch clip barrel attachment unaware that this barrel does not work with the old system. After being rudely treated by their customer service team Nina (I’m guessing she deals with complaints) was helping me and offered to send me the 1. 25 inch clip barrel from the old system. I did as she requested and sent the original barrel back. I have not received my replacement barrel yet and it had been at least a month- 2months since I sent the barrel back. I’ve attempted to contact Nina and customer service multiple times and NO ONE responds to me. Maybe I’ll get a response now. The worst customer service ever! I have multiple T3 products and do like their flat iron but I will be shopping elsewhere thanks to their horrible customer service. At this point I want my money back and have lost all faith in this company. Make sure you read and get informed before T3 removes my review."

"My friend has the T3 switch kit wave trio and I borrowed it. It curled my hair exactly how I wanted it. I could never get my hair curled the way I envisioned with any other curling iron. I then was in a wedding and the hair stylist had all T3 products and it was just blew my mind on how everything works so well. I need to make the investment myself still!"

Love the concept

"Maybe I got a damaged one this was gifted by T3 but this one didn’t function as the manual explains. Can’t get it pass on led #2 at the beginning I can select the temperature but then it gets back to #2 and never heat enough just very slightly. Love the concept tho and would love to figure it out how to use it because it seems like a game changer with good potential styling tool."
